Patient Safety & Risk Management
Managing incident and event reports, analyzing causes, following corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining an up-to-date risk register to prevent recurrence.
Governance & Committee Support
Monitoring hospital committees and their compliance with assigned duties and terms of reference, documenting decisions, and following recommendations to reinforce governance.
Document & Institutional Policy Management
Managing the lifecycle of policies, procedures, plans, and forms—from preparation and review to approval and updates—through a consistent documentation process.
Enhancing Clinical Service Quality
